ZİDEK applied to The Higher Education Quality Council of Turkey (YÖKAK) to be evaluated and authorized on June 26, 2020 and was authorized for 2 years through a Quality Evaluation and Registration Certificate on July 8, 2020.
On 8 July 2022, ZİDEK’s Quality Evaluation and Registration Certificate was extended for two years and ZİDEK was authorized to evaluate and accredit educational programs of faculties of forestry and aquaculture in addition to faculties of agriculture.
On 8 July 2024, ZİDEK’s Quality Evaluation and Registration Certificate for evaluation and accreditation of faculties of agriculture, forestry and aquaculture was extended for five years
