He was born in 1976. He graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Agriculture Department of Aquaculture in 1998 and completed his Master’s at Ankara University Institute of Science in 2004.
He started his career as a production staff member at Akvatek Aquaculture Corp. in 1998 and worked there until 2007. In 2007, he started to work as the director of hatcheries at Kılıç Holding and was promoted to Kılıç Holding Vice President & COO in 2017, a position he still holds.
Serkan ILGAZ, who has been in the sector of aquaculture for 25 years has completed multiple international projects in Europe and USA.
Serkan ILGAZ has been serving as a member of the ZİDEK Advisory Board since 2023.
